How to use the Litbuy spreadsheet

You found a link in our spreadsheet—great. Everything after that (balance, warehouse time, QC, shipping, refunds) still lives inside Litbuy. This handbook covers the questions buyers ask most; rules can change—always confirm in your Litbuy account.

Litbuy handbook: payments, warehouse, QC, shipping, refunds & common issues

If you use the spreadsheet to discover products, these topics cover how money, storage, and parcels usually work on Litbuy. Balance handling, shipping, and support actions are managed on Litbuy itself.

Topping up your Litbuy balance

Litbuy uses a wallet-style balance for most orders. You can usually add funds with common methods (card, PayPal, or whatever Litbuy lists in your region).

  • Top up before high-value carts so domestic shipping is not delayed.
  • Settlement speed depends on the provider—some credits are instant.
  • Keep receipts until the balance shows correctly in your account.

Refunds and balance withdrawals

Use Litbuy’s official refund or withdrawal flow. Timelines depend on the original payment method and regional policy.

  • Submit the request inside Litbuy—not through this marketing site.
  • Returns may go back to the same payment channel.
  • Processing can take several business days.

Warehouse storage time

After your item arrives at Litbuy’s warehouse, there is typically a free storage window (see Litbuy’s current policy). After that, storage fees may apply.

  • Ship before free storage expires to avoid extra charges.
  • If you wait too long, goods may be disposed of per Litbuy’s terms.

Tip: combine items into one international parcel when it saves shipping—only after you approve QC.

Tracking not updating

International tracking often pauses: carrier handoffs, customs, or backlogs. A few days without scans is common.

  • Compare the last scan with the line’s typical speed.
  • Customs can hold parcels without public updates.
  • If it exceeds quoted windows, open a ticket in Litbuy.

Estimated vs actual shipping weight

Quotes often use estimated weight before rehearsal. After packing, actual weight (and sometimes volumetric weight) sets final postage.

  • Overpayment is often credited back to balance.
  • Rehearsal can reduce volume for bulky items.

Customs inspection

Customs may open or scan parcels. Random checks are normal and can add delay without meaning seizure.

  • Declare truthfully if asked for invoice values.
  • Some shipping lines are stricter for certain categories.
  • Research your country’s duty-free threshold before shipping.

Warehouse QC and inspection

Litbuy provides warehouse QC photos before you approve international shipping—different from seller marketing photos in a spreadsheet row.

  • Zoom in on labels, stitching, and shape.
  • Request return or exchange while Litbuy still holds the item.
  • Once you approve shipment, options narrow—choose carefully.

Problems after delivery

If the box arrives damaged or the item fails, document immediately: outer box, labels, and the defect.

  • Contact Litbuy support with photos within their published window.
  • Resolution depends on insurance, seller policy, and Litbuy rules.
  • Our spreadsheet team cannot override Litbuy case outcomes.

Insurance and compensation

Many lines offer optional insurance for loss or damage. Coverage caps and exclusions vary.

  • High-value items are strong candidates for insurance.
  • Read exclusions (e.g. customs seizure).
  • File claims through Litbuy with requested evidence.

Prohibited or restricted items

Not everything in a listing can cross every border—batteries, liquids, or restricted goods may be blocked.

  • Check Litbuy’s prohibited list and your country’s import law.
  • Ask Litbuy support before paying international postage if unsure.

Payment failures and verification

Cards and PayPal sometimes fail for limits, fraud checks, or region rules.

  • Confirm balance, card expiry, and 3-D Secure.
  • Try a second method if Litbuy allows.
  • Large first-time top-ups may trigger extra verification.

Tariffs and import taxes

You are usually responsible for duties, VAT, or handling fees at import.

  • Research de minimis thresholds and category rates locally.
  • Carriers may prepay duty and bill on delivery.

Forwarding: combine, rehearsal, shipping lines

Combine multiple purchases into one outbound box, run rehearsal to preview packed weight, and pick shipping lines for speed vs cost vs risk.

  • Combine only after each item passes warehouse QC.
  • Rehearsal may cost a small fee but save on the final line.
  • Balance cheap, fast, and safe—pick what matters most.

Promotions and referrals

Litbuy may run coupons, top-up bonuses, or referral programs—read terms inside the app or site.

  • Follow platform rules; abuse can freeze accounts.
  • Eligibility is always decided by Litbuy.
