If you are new to agent shopping, treat the Litbuy spreadsheet as a discovery layer—not a
one-click checkout. Start by picking a row you trust, open the seller page, and confirm the
exact SKU, color, and size. Copy the full marketplace URL from the address bar, then paste it
into Litbuy so the agent can parse the correct listing.
After purchase, wait for warehouse photos before you ship. Approve only when logos, materials,
and measurements look right; then estimate weight and pick a line. Skipping QC or shipping math
is the most common first-haul mistake.
Taobao → Litbuy workflow: avoid mobile-only and chat-share link errors
Taobao links copied from mobile apps or chat previews often drop parameters or point at a
truncated shell. Prefer desktop (or “Request desktop site”), open the item page, confirm the
variant on-screen, then copy the full URL from the address bar before pasting into Litbuy.
If the agent returns a wrong color or size, the URL was usually incomplete—not a spreadsheet
bug. Re-open the listing in a clean tab, re-copy, and resubmit. The same habit applies when you
jump from a spreadsheet row into Taobao and then into Litbuy.
Summer shoes haul notes: mesh runners, slides, and sandals to QC carefully
Warm-weather buyers are filtering hub rows for breathable mesh runners, pool slides, and
low-profile sandals. Summer batches rotate faster than winter boots, so treat timestamps and
seller restock notes seriously before you pay.
In warehouse QC, ask for insole length, sole tread, and side-profile shots—fit and glue lines
matter more when footwear is light and flexible. If a row looks stale, find the seller’s newer
listing before you lock in a haul.
Size chart tips: measure in cm, ignore letter-size guesswork
EU, US, and Asian labels rarely map 1:1. Before checkout, measure a garment or pair of shoes
you already own—chest, length, or foot length in centimeters—then compare those numbers to the
seller chart and any “runs small / large” notes on the spreadsheet row.
Letter sizes (S/M/L) are marketing shorthand. One centimeter on footwear is often the difference
between a keep and an exchange, so request a tape measurement in QC when the chart looks vague.
Package consolidation tips: one parcel usually beats three small shipments
Wait until every warehouse item passes QC before you consolidate. Group similar weights, rehearse
declared value, and only remove shoe boxes when you accept crease risk. A single combined parcel
typically costs less than splitting the same haul across multiple lines.
Estimate volumetric and actual weight with a buffer for packing materials (box, bubble wrap,
moisture bag). Compare routes only after that estimate—not on bare product grams from the listing.
Customs declaration reminder (educational—follow Litbuy and local law)
Declaration forms are controlled by your agent platform and your country’s import rules. Keep
category descriptions aligned with what is actually in the box, avoid vague “gift” labels on

1688 vs Weidian rows: when wholesale links make sense in the spreadsheet
1688 rows tend to suit multi-piece or bulk-friendly SKUs; Weidian fits single-item fashion listings
with faster seller turnover. Neither is “better” in every case—match the platform to how you buy.
Always paste the platform-native full URL (never a repacked short link) and confirm the thumbnail
matches the spreadsheet note. Mixing a Weidian photo with a 1688 URL is a common submission error.
Warehouse storage habit: ship or schedule—do not let QC-passed items idle
Once QC passes, either ship or consciously hold. Free storage windows end; forgotten parcels
stack fees. If you are waiting on one more item to consolidate, set a calendar reminder about
seven days after approval so storage costs do not surprise you.
Spreadsheet planning helps here: batch your purchases so warehouse arrival dates cluster, then
consolidate once instead of paying for idle time across weeks.
Photo QC request template: specific angles beat “please check quality”
Paste a concrete photo list into your agent notes: front logo, back print, inside wash tag,
sole tread, zipper pull, and a measurement tape on chest or insole. Specific angles get usable
warehouse photos faster than vague quality requests.
Cross-check those photos against the spreadsheet row notes and any seller-side QC you already
reviewed. Approve shipment only when both layers look acceptable.
Finding updated seller links when a spreadsheet row goes stale
When a product page dies, open the seller shop from any archived listing, search the same style
code, compare price and variant photos, then paste the new full URL. Same shop with a new item ID
is normal after restocks—do not force a dead link through Litbuy.
Report the change in Discord with the old row hint so the hub can tag or replace it. Retest the
new URL in a clean browser tab before you submit the order.
Weekly refresh: strong sneakers, hoodies, and bag rows on the hub
We re-checked high-intent categories many buyers filter first—seasonal sneakers, everyday hoodies,
and popular bag batches. If a row moved, use the item notes plus the seller page timestamp to
confirm you still have the latest listing.
Prefer rows with recent QC context over the cheapest orphan link. The hub is for comparison; Litbuy
remains where you pay and request warehouse photos.
Before checkout, compare logo shape, material texture, stitch spacing, and size-chart notes against
recent buyer photos. Catching mismatch risk early reduces avoidable after-sales tickets.
Spreadsheet QC shortlists; warehouse QC decides. Never treat a seller studio shot as the final
green light for international shipping.
Shipping weight tips: estimate parcel cost before you choose a line
Use item net weight plus a packing buffer (box, bubble wrap, moisture bag) before you compare
shipping lines. A quick estimate up front prevents sticker shock at checkout and makes route
comparisons fairer.
Actual billed weight can still differ after warehouse packing—budget a margin, especially on
bulky sneakers and jackets.
Dead links fix: replace a stale URL in under two minutes
If a product fails to load, reopen the seller storefront, match SKU details, replace the row with
the newest full URL, then retest in a clean tab. That is the fastest recovery path for broken
Weidian or Taobao listings.
Do not submit obviously broken links into Litbuy. Flag the old row in Discord so other buyers
avoid the same dead end.
Weidian → Litbuy workflow for cleaner agent submissions
Copy the original full Weidian URL, verify the product variant on the listing page, then paste
directly into Litbuy without app-shortened links. Cleaner input improves parser success and speeds
up agent confirmation.
Weidian sellers rotate stock often—re-check the live page even when the spreadsheet row looked fine
yesterday. A two-minute verify saves a wrong-item purchase.

Agents parse the exact Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 URL you paste. Shortened previews, truncated
mobile shells, or stale copied text can fail at submission. Copy the URL from the listing bar,
sanity-check it in a clean browser tab, then paste into Litbuy—especially for Weidian links that
change when sellers rotate stock.

checkout—use these numbers as planning hints, not quotes.
